A baseline : multi-level systems of balancing the whole person came to be through Ayurvedic and Traditional Chinese Medicines. Mind, Body & Spirit must dance together for inner harmony. We also know we’ve got stress, nutrient-depleted soil, stress, environmental toxins, and more stress. On the flip side, new discoveries have been made on how we (our Microbiome) are interacting with said environment. Everybody is on a mission to live better lives but are confused by information coming from everywhere (especially when the wheel is being reinvented). Starting to get a little anxious just reading that? Don’t be! I’m going to ask you to put all of those things aside for the moment. Be aware of them, but let’s become present.

Knowing your Wellbeing formula means having the right starting point. From the moment you wake up, good habits are fantastic. But let’s get to the basics of understanding how to build and follow those habits. You NEED to know what your body is fueled by. What do you put into and on your specific kind of body to then consume and apply and nurture and ignite correctly? THIS is your starting point!

The latest scientific findings show that our Microbiome is responsible for much of our reactionary self. A communication highway between the gut and the brain (called the Gut-Brain Axis) influences our immune system, hormonal balance and effects how we feel every day! The human microbiome is composed of communities of bacteria (and viruses and fungi) that have a greater complexity than the human genome itself. The information and docu-series out there are very cool but from what I am getting from people, still confusing. I can help you understand how to use the information above to create the healthiest Microbiome for you specifically and bring in those ancient aspects that were created with the best intention. This is where you start. Then, introduce other modalities, specific shampoos, healing practices and so on.
